The competition brought together five African countries for two days of EA SPORTS FC 26 action in Lagos – Nigeria, Senegal, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire and Kenya.
Each country was represented by a two-player team, with the combined results deciding the team standings. For Kenya, the tournament could hardly have started better. Shaq and Prorate immediately showed that they were not in Lagos simply to make up the numbers. They were there to compete. And by the end of the opening day, Kenya was already sitting at the top of the standings.

Shaq and Prorate Start by Destroying Senegal
Kenya’s first big test at the Rivalry Series was against Senegal. And it was a serious one. Senegal came into the competition with Dexx Jr, one of the most respected players in the African FC scene, alongside Coldfire Jr.
Kenya responded with one of the biggest statements of the tournament. Shaq defeated Coldfire Jr 7-1. Then Prorate defeated Dexx Jr 10-8. That gave Kenya a huge 17-9 aggregate victory.
It was the kind of result that immediately changes the mood around a team. Kenya had arrived as a first-time participant. Senegal had players with serious reputations. None of that mattered once the games started. Shaq and Prorate simply played. And they won.

Prorate started the tie against Neotrix by edging him out 7-6. Then Shaq finished the job against CKE, winning 9-7. Kenya took another aggregate victory, 16-13.
