Lil Pip FC 26 was a season that showed why the Kilifi-based star has remained one of Kenya’s most consistent players over the past three years.
Pip is not a regular face at every Nairobi tournament. He is based on the Coast, and unlike some of Kenya’s biggest names, he does not constantly appear on tournament posters in the capital.
But when Pip does show up, people notice.
His FC 26 season included two Play World Galaxy titles, two Africa Ultimate Series wins, an eLigue 1 Kenya top-eight finish, a Last Dance final and a third-place finish at the UP NEXT FC 26 tournament hosted by CZY and Homeboyz Tournament.

And somewhere in the middle of all that, he also became part of one of Kenya’s most talented team lineups, ending the year on position 10 on the Football Esports House Kenya Best Athlete of the Year leaderboard.

From PlugnPlay to TR Esports
Pip began FC 26 as a PlugnPlay (PnP) player before making one of the biggest team moves of his season. At the end of March, he joined the newly formed TR Esports, arriving alongside fellow Coastal star Ahmed26.
The team already had serious firepower. Prorate. Regulus. Trex. With Pip and Ahmed26 added to the lineup, TR suddenly had five talented Kenyan players.

For Pip, it was a new chapter. But the results were still going to have to come from him individually. And they did.
Lil Pip FC 26 Started With Two Play World Titles
Pip opened his season with a statement on the Coast. He won the PlayWorld Galaxy tournament in Mombasa last year. Then another Play World title followed earlier this year, giving Pip two Play World tournament wins during the FC 26 season.
eLigue 1 and the Nairobi Test
Pip’s next major test came at the eLigue 1 Kenya tournament, where he reached the top eight. His run eventually ended in the quarter-finals against Shaq, who would go on to win the tournament.
It was another sign that Pip was not simply collecting smaller Coastal trophies.
When he entered tournaments featuring Kenya’s strongest players, he could still go deep. That became an important theme of his season.
Another Podium at CZY X Homeboyz
Pip’s season continued with another deep run at the CZY X Homeboyz Tournament. This time, he finished third, while Mcoasty took the title.

It was not another trophy, but it added another podium to a season that was already full of them.

Africa Ultimate Series Kept Him Winning
Then came another part of Pip’s FC 26 campaign that showed his consistency. He won two Africa Ultimate Series titles and finished first runner-up in another edition. Three deep runs. Two titles.
That kind of consistency matters in a competitive scene where one bad tournament can quickly send a player home early. Pip kept putting himself in the conversation.
And then came one of his biggest Nairobi runs of the season.
Last Dance: Pip Reaches Another Final
The Last Dance EA FC 26 Tournament brought together 42 players in Nairobi, including many of Kenya’s biggest FC names. Pip survived the stacked field and reached the Grand Final.
Waiting for him was Harry Kappa. The final did not go Pip’s way. Kappa won 5-1 to claim the KSh 12,500 first prize, while Pip finished runner-up.

Still, reaching that final was another serious result.
Pip had travelled from the Coast, entered a tournament packed with established Kenyan players and found himself playing for the trophy at the end of the day.
The Paritek Win Had Already Shown His Level
There is one achievement that belongs to Lil Pip FC 26 season. In December 2025, Pip won the Paritek Pro Series in Uganda, taking home the tournament’s top prize of UGX 2 million. He beat Shaq 2-1 in the final, while Shaq received UGX 1.2 million as runner-up.
That victory had already shown that Pip could take his game outside Kenya and win against elite opposition.

What the Lil Pip FC 26 Season Says
Look at the season as a whole and the pattern becomes difficult to ignore.
- 2x Play World champion
- 2x Africa Ultimate Series champion
- 1x Africa Ultimate Series runner-up
- Top 8 eLigue 1 Kenya
- Last Dance runner-up
- CZY X Homeboyz third place
And there is another part of the story that makes those results more interesting.
Pip did all of this while being based in Kilifi, away from the constant tournament activity in Nairobi. He does not need to be at every event to remain relevant.
When the opportunity comes, he shows up. And more often than not, he gives the favorites a problem.
The Season Was About More Than Trophies
Pip’s FC 26 campaign was also part of the wider rise of TR Esports. Joining alongside Ahmed26 gave the newly formed team five talented players, with Prorate, Regulus and Trex already in place.
For Pip personally, though, the season was about proving that his reputation was not limited to the Coast.
He won at home. He reached major stages in Nairobi. He collected Africa Ultimate Series titles. He reached the Last Dance final against Kappa. And he added another podium at CZY X Homeboyz.
The December 2025 Paritek title had already shown that he could win outside Kenya. FC 26 gave him another season to prove that it was no fluke.
