Eldoret Is Leading the Area Battle
The individual players are not the only ones chasing recognition. The East Undefeated standings have turned the SC season into an area battle as well.
Right now, Eldoret leads with six tournament wins, while Thika is second with four. Mbotela follows with three, while Kayole and Ruaka have two each.

Last season, Tank was recognized as the Upcoming Pro Gamer and received a PS5 controller. SC says the recognition motivated Tank, who has since gone on to become one of Kenya’s top FC Pro gamers.
Shaq was recognized after recording the most tournament wins during the 2025 SC season and received an original football jersey.

Scad had an even bigger night, winning both the Best Gamer vote and the Top Scorer award. Those moments gave the awards their first chapter. Now a new group of players is trying to write the next one.
When Will the Winners Be Crowned?
The final chapter will come at the SC FIFA Tournaments Awards 2026/27, scheduled for April 11, 2027. The annual gaming awards ceremony will begin at 11 AM, while the venue will be communicated later.
The awards were started in 2024 by SC FIFA founder Sidney Okutoi as a way of recognizing and honoring the achievements of Kenyan gamers.
