Bashir FC 26 was not just another good season for one of Uganda’s most recognised players. It was the season Bashir Kisingo showed that his game could travel.
He dominated tournaments in Uganda.
Then he came to Kenya, where the competition is packed with some of East Africa’s strongest FC players, joined Z Esports and won two tournaments.
Six tournament wins in total. Four in Uganda. Two on Kenyan soil. That is a serious season.

And now, after parting ways with Paritek Uganda in August, Bashir is heading into FC 27 as a free agent with plenty of momentum behind him.
Bashir Dominated Uganda
The foundation of the season was built in Uganda. Bashir spent much of the FC 26 campaign competing under the Paritek banner, and the trophies started piling up.

His wins included:
- Battle City
- Kiwatule 2nd Edition
- Kiwatule 3rd Edition
- Gaming Lords
Then Bashir Came to Kenya and Started Winning
Kenya is not exactly an easy place to come and collect tournament wins.
The country has a deep FC scene, with players such as Prorate, Shaq, Harry Kappa, Collo Gamer, Opto99, Ado and many others competing regularly.
Bashir knew that. But when he came to Kenya with Z Esports, he did not come simply to participate. He won.
His first major Kenyan breakthrough came at the Kenya Esports Series Kisumu edition, where he emerged as the EA SPORTS FC 26 champion.
Bashir went all the way to the final and beat Kenya’s Opto99 to take the title. That result immediately added another layer to his season.
He was not only one of Uganda’s leading players. He was now winning major tournaments in Kenya too. And that was not the end of it.
While representing Z Esports, Bashir also won the Clovers Gaming tournament in Thika, giving him two tournament victories in Kenya during the season.
Bashir FC 26 Was Bigger Than the Six Trophies

The six tournament wins tell one part of the story. The deeper tournament runs tell another.
Bashir reached the Africa Ultimate Series final twice, showing that his level was not limited to the Ugandan circuit. He also reached the final of the 95 Rated online competition.
Those appearances matter because online African competitions bring together players who may rarely get to meet in physical tournaments.
Bashir kept putting himself in those conversations. He wasn’t always lifting the trophy. But he kept getting close. And that consistency is one of the reasons he has arguably been Uganda’s strongest FC player during the FC 26 season.
SportsBiz Gave Bashir Another African Test
Then came Kigali.
The SportsBiz Africa Esports Cup brought together 32 players from across Africa, creating one of the strongest FC 26 fields Bashir had faced during the season.
He was placed in Group B alongside players including Xmozaa, NHAYCH7, Mitch, King1ll and others. Bashir finished fourth in the group with 10 points. That was enough to survive.

And in a tournament where several big names were eliminated immediately, simply getting through the group stage mattered. He had earned another chance to test himself against Africa’s best.
The knockout stage, however, was where his run ended. Bashir eventually lost to Randy, bringing his SportsBiz campaign to an end.
It wasn’t the finish he wanted. But it added another international tournament experience to a season that had already taken him through Uganda, Kenya and major African online competitions.
From Paritek to Free Agency
There is also a major change happening around Bashir right now. After spending part of the season with Paritek Uganda, he parted ways with the team in August.
He is now a free agent.

Bashir left Paritek having won several tournaments with the team, but his FC 26 season also proved that he could succeed outside that setup.
So the next question is not whether Bashir can win without Paritek. He has already shown that. The question is what comes next.
Why Bashir FC 26 Matters
Bashir’s season matters because it moved his story beyond Uganda. For years, he has been one of the names associated with Uganda’s competitive FC scene.
This season, he showed another side of himself. He travelled. He joined a Kenyan team. He won on Kenyan soil.
He faced players who are considered among the best in the region and came away with titles.
And when he returned to Uganda, the winning did not stop. That is what makes the six tournament wins so significant. They came across different environments, different opponents and different stages of the season.
For Kenyan fans, the Kisumu and Clovers victories were a reminder that the best Ugandan players are more than capable of coming into Kenya and making noise.

For Uganda, Bashir’s season showed that there is a player who can carry that level beyond the country’s borders.
FC 27: Bashir Says More Is Coming
Now Bashir is looking forward. His message for FC 27 is simple.
“In FC 27, I’m going to win more and stun many.”
After what he produced in FC 26, that confidence is understandable. Now FC 27 is here. And if Bashir really is ready to “win more and stun many”, East Africa already knows it should be watching.
